Falun School offers programs from kindergarten through grade six. In each grade Alberta Education prescribes the content taught. Recently updated programs of study include Math and Social Studies. Teachers at Falun School keep current with changes in curriculum by attending a variety of professional development activities. The school also purchases a significant number of new resources for students and teachers in order to accommodate these changes to curricula.
Curriculum Handbooks and other useful information for parents are available at Alberta Education's web-site . Teacher resource manuals, curriculum guides and core student materials are all approved and authorized by Alberta Education.
